Our most important reference is most certainly our 30-year-long tradition. Certainly, there is also an important reference in the company’s employees, who for many years have performed services in the tax-accounting field with quality and diligence. Of course, all this would not be possible without continuing education, study and monitoring of changes in the legislative field.
The company has contracts for an indefinite period of time with all of its employees, there is no fluctuation of the workforce, no precarious workers or students. Stability of personnel in the accounting field is one of the most important prerequisites and above all, the most important reference regarding the quality of services. Even our personnel are structured in a way, that we have employees who’s experience in the field range from five to even more than twenty years. Every employee in the company has adequate professional education.

- In 2013 we received the International Service Standard IS3402 (slo MSZ 3402) on the basis of a challenging audit control procedure, for the first time and regained it in October of 2017,
- On the 26th of October in 2018 has our director successfully completed all required education and obtained the title of a »tax consultant«,
- In June of 2017, the director of the company, after completing challenging professional examinations, received the title of »Expert accounting manager – certified accounting specialist«,
- For the 17th year in a row, our company Aval L.L.C. managed to enter the »Catalog of certified Accounting Services« of the Association of Accounting services at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Slovenia,
- From the very beginning has Aval L.L.C. been the recipient of the »Standard of Service Providers« in the Republic of Slovenia,
- Aval L.L.C. is the recipient of the »Excellent small and medium enterprises« of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Slovenia and the credit house of Coface Slovenia, for the fifth consecutive year, due to its excellent business operations.
